The JC series is a compact finger operated Hall effect joystick ideal for keyboard integration. Measuring at just 26mm below panel, the JC series is the perfect solution where space is limited and precision control is required. With over a dozen handle options, the JC series may be configured with up to three axis and two pushbuttons and features a precision spring centering mechanism that provides an optimal return-to-center voltage of 80mV.
APEM’s Resistive Joystick is a low profile potentiometric controller providing unwavering multi-axis finger positioning control. Available in two sizes, the Standard & Miniature Resistive Joysticks are ideal for applications requiring a compact and reliable, low operating force controller. Featuring several ergonomically designed handles and available in single, dual or triple axis configurations.
The SN Series is a precision T-Bar fader controller. Contactless Hall effect technology, using the latest generation sensor, results in reliable and noise-free operation. A smooth consistent feel is achieved by utilizing steel ball races and PTFE bearing surfaces. The SN Series is available with analog linear voltage or PWM outputs, having a range of factory configured gain settings. Magnetic shielding ensures the SN Series is not adversely affected by other magnetic devices that are typically positioned close to it, such as reed switches.
The XF Series joystick is a ruggedized finger operated joystick controller specifically engineered for vehicle applications. This new series is designed per the ISO 25197 standard and is rated to withstand 80lbf pull force across the X/Y axis and over 5Nm torque in the Z axis. With contactless Hall effect sensing, the XF Series provides long life proportional control for over five million lifecycles and is sealed up to IP67.
The 9000 Series is ideal for those applications that demand proportional control with the lowest possible profile below the panel. This joystick offers self-centering, omni-directional functionality, and utilizes the exclusive ‘locking cam’ system to rigidly secure the highly repeatable mechanism around the precision ground steel operating shaft. High precision air wound coils are mounted directly onto the SMT circuitry, delivering enviable accuracy whilst further minimizing the installed depth of the joystick.
The BF Series Paddle is the very latest generation in high precision contactless controls. It combines the features of a contactless single axis joystick and a switch, in one joystick controller. Long trouble-free life is assured with the latest Hall effect technology, providing a range of analog, switched or custom PWM output options. The all-new design with its innovative mechanism and ergonomic styling is specifically designed for robustness, strength and performance.
The BF BD series has locked positions with spring back to center. The lever 'clicks' into a number of pre-set positions. When it is released, it springs back to its center position. Concerning the connections, the paddle joystick is, as standard, fitted with an 8-way connector with a 2.54 mm pitch.
The BF Series also incorporates internal magnetic shielding to minimize the effect of external magnetic fields. It is not recommended to mount or operate the single axis controller near strong magnetic fields.
This industrial joystick is available in two standard handle options:
- The BF paddle: An ergonomic handle option of 74 mm
- The BD paddle: A shorter handle option of 50 mm suited to handheld applications which require a minimized height.
The BHN Series paddle control is the latest generation in high precision controllers, combining the features of a non-contact, single axis joystick with a smooth responsiveness at your fingertips. Hall effect technology ensures a long, trouble-free life for analog and switch outputs.
This all new design with its innovative mechanism is ergonomically styled for ease of use and is available in five trim colors.
The BL series paddle controls features the same exciting new design as the BH series, but in a smaller package... measuring at just 48 mm above panel. The compact footprint of the paddles allows for closer group installation of multiple paddles, perfect in applications such as vehicle arm rests, remote control portable boxes and various agricultural applications.
The 3000 Series is the very latest generation in high precision contactless joysticks. With a class leading installed depth of <20mm, it is available in 1,2, or 3 axis formats. Long trouble-free life is assured with the latest Hall effect technology, providing a range of analog signals or custom PWM output options. The 3000 Series also delivers a radically improved mechanism construction that is specifically designed for increased robustness, strength and performance.
The 4000 Series is a range of robust, industrial quality potentiometer joysticks for internal and external applications. All 4000 Series share the same, all metal mechanism to provide the finest performance and service life over a wide range of temperatures and loads. All 4000 Series employ high quality plastic film potentiometers, yielding a service life of many millions of cycles.
The XS series is a two axis Hall effect joystick featuring a reduced panel height to provide precise fingertip control. Measuring in at less than 45mm, the XS allows for unimpeded access to other devices located on the control panel.
